Hi Patricia,

Isn’t it amazing how differently people receive information! I know that certain lives have tried to come through to me when I was younger but I blocked myself from seeing them. I had to remove that blockage and give them permission to come through

Many people do not have that kind of agreement with themselves in place nor will they necessarily need to initiate the process of remembering as to many it is spontaneous. For those who have not yet had any instances of remembering and would like to know or are getting the growing sense that this is somehow important for them, I find intent always helps get it going!

I haven’t gone looking for my past life information. It just suddenly appears in visions like yours during your walk in the park or someone else has told me about what they have seen of my past life. Each has brought me a message of healing that I needed to do in this lifetime so that my journey could continue without the garbage of the past lifetime. I don’t always get the information in one clear vision as your examples. One took over a year for me to get all of the pieces to put together. My first past life experience came to me as a dream over 30 years ago when my son was just a baby. I wrote about it in the very first article that I posted on my blog back in June 2007. I called the article Three Of My Past Lives.
