Hi Michael,

Yes, I agree that it is much more fun to always have something to learn...and any idea that it should be otherwise is usually a form of constricted thinking!
We are really fortunate beings in all of our incarnations :) !

Hi Patricia,

You are right, most of what people see in others is a reflection of what is happening in themselves and sometimes it does not at all belong to the person they are labeling with it. Either way, I've found it a great opportunity to go deeper into a state of wholeness by just accepting where the other is presently and by as you say, trying it on and seeing if there is something there that I'd really like to change...often times there is...even if it is just reframe of how I want to experience a certain part of myself :)

Much love to you both,

PK

I love being a student of life. I never know where it will take me.

For your comment about being called impatient, I have learned that everyone, including me, sees the world through the filter of all of our experiences. I have learned to look at what someone shares about me. Do as you did, try it on to see if it fits. If it doesn't, it wasn't mine. It was theirs. If it is mine, do I like it or do I want to change it. Before I can change something, I have to accept that it is mine. You and Michael both enrich my life so much with your articles and comments.

Thank you Paula, this is a very good article. I have been thinking quite a bit about the very same things this week. It's so easy to fall into the trap of thinking we know it all or that we have 'mastered' something when in actuallity we have only begun to scratch the surface of learning about our world and our universe. I adhere more to the philosophy that we never really master anything, that this life and the life beyond is constant learning and exploration. What's exciting to me is having and eternity of new doors and pathways to travel down even after my physical body ceases to exist. So in other words, I'm always a student!
