What Paula coaches really works.

On December 18, 2007, I was gifted with a Focus Session with Paula Kawal that lasted about two hours. Paula had sent me a Welcome package before hand of information for me to fill out and fax back to her before our session.

In my session with Paula, I embraced my fears, sadness and rage that were inside of me because of my childhood incest issues. I actually held the persona of Rage and Sadness in my arms and we stood in the Light of healing and forgiveness.

I came out of this session feeling such love, joy and peace within myself. I accepted those parts of myself and brought them out of the Shadows of despair and brought them into the Light of love and compassion.
